2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our official platforms.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If a booking is canceled 30 days before departure, a partial refund may be granted.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will not be eligible for refunds.
- If a trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, airline strikes), rescheduling options will be provided.
4. Travel Documentation
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid passports, visas, and necessary permits.
- Razi Travel & Tours is not responsible for visa rejections or immigration issues.
5. Travel Insurance
- We recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, lost luggage, and cancellations.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for loss of baggage, flight delays, or service disruptions caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport).
- Travelers must comply with local laws of the destination country.
7. Changes to Itineraries
- The company reserves the right to modify tour packages, flight schedules, or hotel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If any modifications occur, travelers will be informed as soon as possible.
8. Customer Conduct
- Travelers are expected to maintain good behavior during tours and follow tour leader instructions.
- Any misconduct can result in removal from the tour without a refund.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data collected is used only for booking and travel arrangements.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
