2. Booking & Payment

• If a booking is canceled 30 days before departure, a partial refund may be granted.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will not be eligible for refunds.
• If a trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, airline strikes), rescheduling options will be provided.

4. Travel Documentation

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid passports, visas, and necessary permits.
• Razi Travel & Tours is not responsible for visa rejections or immigration issues.

5. Travel Insurance

• We recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, lost luggage, and cancellations.

6. Liability & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for loss of baggage, flight delays, or service disruptions caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport).
• Travelers must comply with local laws of the destination country.

7. Changes to Itineraries

• The company reserves the right to modify tour packages, flight schedules, or hotel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If any modifications occur, travelers will be informed as soon as possible.

8. Customer Conduct

• Travelers are expected to maintain good behavior during tours and follow tour leader instructions.
• Any misconduct can result in removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data collected is used only for booking and travel arrangements.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
